Starfish Underwater Photography and associated swim school, would like to use pictures/video of your child from the photo shoot, for advertising and promotional purposes, and in the media. The pictures may be used on websites, social media (Facebook etc), promotional materials and articles. Please only consent if you are the Parent or Legal Guardian (for children under 16).
